This song from Biffy Clyro is called "Black Chandelier" is a song I love and so will you....
.
.
.
Group and Song Facts:
Biffy Clyro are a Scottish rock band that formed in Kilmarnock, East Ayrshire[2] comprising Simon Neil (guitar, lead vocals), James Johnston (bass, vocals) and Ben Johnston (drums, vocals). Currently signed to 14th Floor Records, they have released six studio albums, three of which, Puzzle, Only Revolutions and Opposites reached the top five in the UK Albums Chart. They also claimed their first number one album in the UK Albums Chart with their sixth studio album, Opposites.[3]
"Black Chandelier" is the lead single from the band's sixth studio album, Opposites (2013).[1] The track received its first play on 19 November 2012, having been selected as BBC Radio 1 DJ Zane Lowe's Hottest Record in the World.[2]
Lyrically, the song oozes emotional anguish. Vocalist and lyricist Simon Neil told The Sun: "It's almost an anti-love song. It's about being with someone you need to survive. But sometimes you feel as though you don't necessarily want to survive. It's kind of a downbeat look at love and what it demands of you as a person."
Simon Neil's wife had a couple of miscarriages and their personal troubles put a huge strain on their marriage, nearly tearing them apart. In this "twisted love song" he sings, "You left my heart like an abandoned car. Old and worn I'm no use at all." The singer explained to NME: "That's where the bitterness came from. But there's also a strength that came out of wanting to fix that."
Neil told NME: "It's got quite a lot of space for a song by us and it's one of the simpler songs on the record, but from the first time we played it live it felt right. Sometimes you've just got to trust your instinct."

Drip, drip, drip
I shouldn't laugh but, I know i'm a failure in your eyes
I know it's daft but, I guess that I know it deep inside
It feels like we're ready to crack these days, you and I
When it's just the two of us, only the two of us I could die
You left my heart in an abandoned car
Old and work i'm no use at all
But I used to be free...
We're gonna separate ourselves tonight
We're always running scared but holding knives
But there's a black chandelier
It's casting shadows and lies
Drip, drip, drip, drip
I'll sit in silence for the rest of my life, if you'd like
Dressing our wounds with industrial gloves made of wire
Feel it penetrating the skin, we begin to relax
When it's just the two of us and a cute little cup of cyanide
You left my heart in an abandoned car
Old and work i'm no use at all
But I used to be free...
We're gonna separate ourselves tonight
We're always running scared but holding knives
But there's a black chandelier
It's casting shadows and lies
We're gonna separate ourselves tonight
We're always running scared but holding knives
But there's a black chandelier
You left my heart in an abandoned car
Old and work i'm no use at all
But I used to be free...
We're gonna separate ourselves tonight
We're always running scared but holding knives
But there's a black chandelier

Lyric Video...

While you was gone you must have done a lot of favors
You've got a whole lot of things I don't think
That you could ever have paid for
While you've been busy crying
About my past mistakes
I've been busy trying to make a change
And now I made a change
I've been riding with the ghost
I've been doing whatever he told me
I've been looking door to door to see
if there was someone who'd hold me
I never met a single one who didn't see through me
None of them could love me if they thought they might lose me
Unless I made a change
See I ain't getting better. I am only getting behind
I am standing on a crossroad trying to make up my mind
I'm trying to remember how it got so late
Why every night pain comes from a different place
Now something's got to change
I put my foot to the floor
To make up for the miles I've been losing
See I'm running out of things
I didn't even know I was using
And while you've been busy
Learning how to complain
I've been busy learning
How to make a change
And now I made a change.

This song from Vampire Weekend is called "Diane Young" is a song I love and so will you....
.
.
.
Group and Song Facts:
Vampire Weekend is an American indie rock band from New York City formed in 2006. They are currently signed to XL Recordings. The band consists of five members: lead vocalist and guitarist Ezra Koenig, guitarist/keyboardist and backing vocalist Rostam Batmanglij, drummer and percussionist Chris Tomson, bassist and backing vocalist Chris Baio, and other guy Steve Buscemi. The band released its first album Vampire Weekend in 2008, which produced the singles "Mansard Roof", "A-Punk", "Oxford Comma", "Cape Cod Kwassa Kwassa", and "The Kids Don't Stand A Chance". The band's second album, Contra, was released in 2010. Their third studio album, Modern Vampires of the City, will be released on May 14, 2013.
Modern Vampires of the City is the third studio album by the American rock band Vampire Weekend which will be released May 14, 2013 through XL Recordings. Following their second album Contra (2010), the band toured and began writing their next effort during sound checks. After a period in which the quartet pursued different musical projects, they regrouped and began work on their third record in 2011. Working with no deadline in mind, the band brought in an outside record producer for the first time, Ariel Rechtshaid.
Recorded in various locations, including New York, Los Angeles, Martha's Vineyard and apartments, Modern Vampires of the City is an attempt to distance the band from the sound they became heavily associated with following their 2008 debut and Contra. Broadly experimental, the sound featured on the record is the result of a variety of unconventional recording assets, including pitch shifting. The cover art is a 1966 photograph by Neal Boenzi of the smoggiest day in New York City history, on which the air pollution killed at least 169 people. Announced in a New York Times classified in February 2013, two singles have thus far been released: "Diane Young"/"Step", and "Ya Hey".
This disorienting ode to an out-of-control girl was premiered by BBC Radio 1's Zane Lowe. Frontman Ezra Koenig told the DJ: "We worked on it for a long time. We went out to LA to co-produce it with Ariel [Rechtshaid]... It's definitely one of our craziest songs."
The titular vixen's name is presumably a play on words on 'dying young' and possibly also a reference to the Diane Young Anti-Aging Salon on E 79th street in Manhattan.
Offering a glimpse into "Modern Vampires of the City," due out May 7, "Diane Young" is a whirlwind of references. From the pitch-shifted baby-baby-babys to the dancy, Wham!-approved chorus to the Kennedy references and homophone title, Vampire Weekend puts together a pastiche that mines both innocence and paranoia from the past, all the while feeling perfectly au courant.
The Official Video was published on Apr. 2nd, 2013.

You torched a Saab like a pile of leaves
I'd gone to find some better wheels
4, 5 meters running round the bend
When the government agents surround you again
If Diane Young won't change your mind,
Baby, baby, baby, baby right on time
Out of control but you're playing a role
Do you think you can go til the 18th hole
Or will you flip-flop the day of the championship?
Try to go it alone on your own for a bit
If Diane Young won't change your mind,
Baby, baby, baby, baby right on time...
Oh let 'em go
If Diane Young won't change your mind,
Baby, baby, baby, baby right on time
Irish and proud, baby, naturally
But you got the luck of a Kennedy
So grab the wheel, keep on holding it tight
Til you're tottering off into that good night.
If Diane Young won't change your mind,
Baby, baby, baby, baby right on time.
Nobody knows what the future holds on
Said it's bad enough just getting old
Live my life in self-defense
You know I love the past, 'cause I hate suspense...
If Diane Young won't change your mind
Baby, baby, baby, baby right on time..

I think it's time for a change
Cause things feel out of touch
And I watch you walk away, again
Well this feels like too much
(Can you take it away?)
And things won't go my way
Now I'll have to fade away, my friend
So pass slowly
And carry me down
And render me lonely
When you're not around
I need to shake off this pain
But courage takes too much
So I have to walk away, again
Oh God I miss your touch
(Can you take it away?)
The way that you keep me safe
I won't let you fade away, my friend
So pass slowly
And carry me down
Remember me only
When you're not around
Oh yea, can't you stay awhile longer?
Oh yea, won't you stay?
God please stay
And pass slowly
(It's time for a change)
And whittle me down
(Cause things feel out of touch)
And render me lonely
(I'll watch you walk away, again)
When you're not around
So pass slowly
(This feels like too much)
And let me down easy
(And things won't go my way)
Render me lonely
(I'll have to fade away, my friend)
When you're not around.

Well I swear to God
We've been down this road before
The guilt's no good
And it only shames us more
And the truths that we all tried to hide
Are so much clear when it's not our lives
We don't face the blame
Won't you
(Get on your knees)
Believe
(Have faith)
In this lie with us all
Now my body's on the floor
And I am calling
Well I'm calling out to you
Can you hear me now?
It's not a rebellion when your
Selling out to another fashion salesman
Our promising lives
Are full of empty promises
Temptation's falling
And calling you home again
I'm sorry if we've let you down
Won't you
(Get on your knees)
Believe
(Have faith)
In this lie with us all
Now my body's on the floor
And I am calling
Well I'm calling out to you
Can you hear me now?
What's wrong?
What's wrong?
What's wrong?
Now my body's on the floor
And I am calling
Well I'm calling out to you
Now my body's on the floor

This song from Yeah Yeah Yeahs is called "Mosquito" is a song I love and so will you....
.
.
.
Group and Song Facts:
Yeah Yeah Yeahs are an American indie rock band formed in New York City in 2000. The group is composed of vocalist and pianist Karen O, guitarist and keyboardist Nick Zinner, and drummer Brian Chase.[2] They are complemented in live performances by second guitarist David Pajo, who joined as a touring member in 2009 and replaced Imaad Wasif who had previously held this role. According to an interview that aired during the ABC network's Live from Central Park SummerStage series, the band's name was taken from modern New York City vernacular.
The band has recorded four studio albums; the first, Fever to Tell, was released in 2003. The second, Show Your Bones, was released in 2006 and was named the second best album of the year by NME. Their third studio album, It's Blitz!, was released on March 31, 2009 in the US and on April 6, 2009 elsewhere. Their fourth album, Mosquito, was released on April 15, 2013.
Who knew the Yeah Yeah Yeahs could be so literal? The video for the band's newest single, "Mosquito," has debuted, and it features, well, a mosquito.
What the video does not feature is any of the band members, as singer Karen O, guitarist Nick Zinner and Brian Chase do not appear once. They're instead replaced by a young boy being bitten by a mosquito. Halfway through the video, as the music revs up, psychedelic rainbow colors pulsate through the bug's body.
"Mosquito" marks the second single from the Yeah Yeah Yeahs' recently released album of the same name. The first, "Sacrilege," came out in February and was also accompanied by a video that did not feature the band members. Whereas the "Sacrilege" video plays out like scenes in a movie, "Mosquito" is starker and more restrained.
The Yeah Yeah Yeahs scored their third consecutive Top 10 album with "Mosquito," which debuted at No. 5 on the Billboard 200.
The Official Video was published on May. 7th, 2013 (released just yesterday [Yippee].)

This song from Imagine Dragons is called "Demons" and is a song I love and so will you....
.
.
.
Group and Song Facts:
Imagine Dragons is an American indie rock band. The band is based in Las Vegas, Nevada.[1]
In 2013, Imagine Dragons returned to Europe and North America with the Night Visions Tour. Tickets are currently available although all of the North American dates have sold out.[22] The band announced 13 additional U.S. summer tour dates which also sold out.[23] The band then announced a North America Ampitheatre tour.[24] The band also confirmed that they were unable to fulfill the request of acting as support for Muse.[25]
They are also scheduled to perform at summer festivals including Yahoo! On the Road Festival, KROQ Weenie Roast, Hangout Music Festival, Sasquatch! Music Festival, Summerfest, Rock am Ring and Rock im Park, Caribana Festival, Hultsfred Festival, NorthSide Festival, Bergenfest, Isle of Wight Festival, Kanrocksas, T in the Park, Slotsfjell Festival, Positivus festival, Lollapalooza, Osheaga Festival, Summer Sonic, Pukkelpop, Reading and Leeds Festivals, Jay-Z's Made in America Festival, etc.
"Demons" is a song written and recorded by American indie rock band Imagine Dragons, for their major label debut EP Continued Silence. The song appears as the second track on the EP. the song was also included on their debut studio album, Night Visions as the fourth track. Though not yet released as a single, "Demons" was solicited to United States Triple A radio stations on January 28, 2013. The song has so far reached 89 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Musically, 'Demons' is a indie rock ballad while the lyrics speak of the protaganist warning the significant other about his flaws.
The music video was released for Demons on the 7th of May 2013.[3] Shot in Las Vegas, Nevada in early February 2013, the video will feature a mix of live footage of the band and a companion narrative. The video will feature the band playing on a small, uplifted stage accompanied by a hoard of searchlights and contrasting video screens around. The band's part of the video is also shot in front of a conference table, with three people sitting around as the band plays in front of them.[4] The band has stated that the video will "fit nicely with the artful imagery of "It's Time" and the thoroughly out-there puppet grappling of "Radioactive".
The video focusses on individual people's demons (who are in the audience at a mock Imagine Dragons concert) such as someone who has lost a member of their family and someone who has an abusive parent, while shots of a concert are also included in the video The video ends "in Memory of Tyler Robinson" and a short clip of him at an Imagine Dragons concert.[3]
Imagine Dragons linked up with Alex Da Kid for this track, one of four Night Vision cuts that he contributed towards. The English Hip-Hop producer is best known for co-writing Eminem's hit single "Love The Way You Lie" and Dr Dre's successful tune, "I Need A Doctor."
Alex Da Kid and the producer's engineer Josh Mosser wrote the song along with the band. It finds the narrator warning a loved one not to get too close to him as he is "dark inside." He is more than aware of his imperfections and wants to protect the loved one from himself.
The Night Visions album title came together organically. Vocalist Dan Reynolds explained: "We all sat in a room and wrote out what the band and sound of the album means to us. We all deal with our own demons and anxieties but we find that nothing calms the mind more than creating. Many of the songs on the album were written late into the night, and some of the lyrical themes came from dreams I've had, even some nightmares. So when the title Night Visions came up, it just seemed to fit perfectly. We hope it inspires other to create, and push through their own struggles."
The Official Video was published on May 7th, 2013 (released just minutes ago [how about that].

When the days are cold
And the cards all fold
And the saints we see
Are all made of gold
When your dreams all fail
And the ones we hail
Are the worst of all
And the blood's run stale
I want to hide the truth
I want to shelter you
But with the beast inside
There's nowhere we can hide
No matter what we breed
We still are made of greed
This is my kingdom come
This is my kingdom come
When you feel my heat
Look into my eyes
It's where my demons hide
It's where my demons hide
Don't get too close
It's dark inside
It's where my demons hide
It's where my demons hide
When the curtain's call
Is the last of all
When the lights fade out
All the sinners crawl
So they dug your grave
And the masquerade
Will come calling out
At the mess you made
Don't want to let you down
But I am hell bound
Though this is all for you
Don't want to hide the truth
No matter what we breed
We still are made of greed
This is my kingdom come
This is my kingdom come
When you feel my heat
Look into my eyes
It's where my demons hide
It's where my demons hide
Don't get too close
It's dark inside
It's where my demons hide
It's where my demons hide
They say it's what you make
I say it's up to fate
It's woven in my soul
I need to let you go
Your eyes, they shine so bright
I want to save that light
I can't escape this now
Unless you show me how
When you feel my heat
Look into my eyes
It's where my demons hide
It's where my demons hide
Don't get too close
It's dark inside
It's where my demons hide
It's where my demons hide.

where the hope runs out.
shock me awake,
tear me apart.
head like a note
in a hospital gown.
prison of sleep, deeper now
the rabbit hole able to be found
again?
where are you hiding my love?
cast off like a stone.
feelings.
we're all exposed when i'm out of control
pieces were stolen from me,
but dare i say,
give it away.
watching the water give in as i go down the drain.
i appear missing.
i go missing
no longer exact
one day i hope i'm someone you met.
shock me awake,
tear me apart.
head like a note in a hospital gown.
deeper i sleep, further down
the rabbit hole never to be found.
it's only falling in love because you hit the ground.

In 2005, they independently released their self-titled debut album under the band name Mother. They later changed their name to Mother Mother, and re-released the album on Last Gang Records in 2007. Retitled Touch Up, the reissue also featured several new songs.
Their second album, O My Heart, was released on September 16, 2008, their third album, Eureka, was released on March 15, 2011[1] and the band's fourth album, The Sticks, was released on September 18, 2012.

In statement, Mother Mother's Ryan Guldemond explains, "Despite the starry-eyed title, 'Let's Fall in Love' is a song about the fool hardy and tumultuous nature of love, and what better way to depict this than a stagnant married couple metaphorically beating the shit out of each other?"

There's a game in the world, a little bit of cat and mouse
With the boys and the girls, and if I had to ante up
I'd bet on the birds, 'cause they don't have to get caught up
With the boys and the girls, and a little game of cat and mouse
Mommy did it, daddy did it, funny little monkeys in the zoo do it
Stupid does it, ugly do it, only the unlucky of us get to do it
Let's fall in love
There's a game in the world, a little bit of cat and mouse
With the boys and the girls, and if I had to ante up
I'd bet on the birds, 'cause they don't have to walk around
With the boys and the girls, and a little bit of cat and mouse
Mommy did it, daddy did it
Even though I bet they wish they really didn't
Mary did it, Joey did it, even little bitty baby Jesus did it
Yuppies do it, junkies do it, funny little monkeys in the zoo do it
Stupid does it, the foolish do it, only the unlucky of us get to do it
Let's fall in love
Mommy did it, daddy did it, funny little monkeys in the zoo do it
Stupid does it, ugly do it, only the unlucky of us get to do it.

Lyric Video...
The sound of the engine, the feel of the tires
Your hands on the wheel, and the smell of the fires
Streetlights and headlights on a road that goes nowhere
She left you, she left you
But you know she's still out there
And somehow it always seems
Like you are waiting for something
And somewhere they're dancing the night away madly
And the sweat fills their eyes as they're clutching so sadly
So you struggled for words you could never find somehow
And there's nowhere to hide, 'cause the secret's
Out now
Out now
It's out now
Out now
Somehow it always seems, like you'd wake up from a dream
She never knew you, she only knew what she heard
So just once you'd pull her close and you'd whisper the words
That you hated yourself for the things that you gave her
That you stole with your mind, when your heart was impure
So you think you'd forget, all these nights like a sickness
And there's nothing for miles, everywhere in the darkness
But somewhere they're dancing the night away madly
And the tears fill your eyes, as you're clutching her sadly
And you searched in yourself, but could not find an answer
Now the feeling grows inside of you like a cancer
And the roar of the engine on a road it's just endless
And a ghost is with you everywhere in the darkness
You struggled for words, you could never say somehow
But there's nowhere to run, 'cause the secret's
Out now
Out now
It's out now
Out now.
