It appears that GD put a penalty on my account that makes it very difficult to win hands.
When I am stuck on a table with a player that is betting wildly, they will always win on the river despite the odds.
Anyway, I've been experimenting with different techniques to break the penalty.
The best technique I've come up with is: DON'T PLAY.
In my current experiment. I will log out of Gamedesire and not come back for six months. I like playing the Halloween Tournament. I might actually wait for Halloween. Please check this blog in six months (or after halloween) to find out how my experiment works.
If GD fails between now and when I log back in. Well. It is no loss to the world.
I noticed that GD is so poorly managed that they don't have enough players to play regular monthly tournaments. I would not be surprised if the company fails.
The one and only one thing a poker hosts needs to do is to deal honest hands. A company that cannot do that deserves to fail.
